Confluence is the system of record for teams to document strategy, decisions, and knowledge at scale. However, it lacks a centralized brand governance capability comparable to Miro’s Brand Center, specifically the ability to define and consistently reuse approved brand colors across content.

Adding a Brand Colors (and broader Brand Center) capability to Confluence would:

• Improve brand consistency across documentation
• Reduce friction for content creators
• Support enterprise compliance and governance needs
• Strengthen Confluence’s position as a top‑tier enterprise collaboration platform

Miro has demonstrated strong adoption and value with this functionality. Closing this gap would also help us add more Confluence licenses in favor of Miro.
