8.2d is als invalid time by worklog

      8.2d is as invalid time duration in Time Spent field.

      If I add 1w 3d 1h 36m there, it works

      The similar test with 8.1d, 8.3d,7.2d,9.2d doesn't show any problem.

      Why is 8.2d restricted in this field
