Issue Summary

On navigating to >System>Automation Restriction from the left side navigation bar, it displays a blank page. There is no public-facing document about this feature. This is an upcoming feature for 10.3.18, 11.3.3, 12.0.0, and by default, this flag should be OFF for other versions. This feature is still in Progress, and the link shouldn’t be available currently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as Jira Admin

1. Navigate to >System>Automation Restriction

1. Blank page displayed

Expected Results

This link shouldn’t be available until the feature is released.

Actual Results

The link is available for users, and it displays a blank page when clicked.

Workaround

Since the page doesn’t show any errors or cause any functionality issues. This can be ignored.
