Seems like I can only submit a Suggestion.  When I try to submit a bug, I am not allowed to advance as you can se from this screen:

nor when I try to submit a Support Request, I am stuck just the same as shown here:

what am I missing??

gotta love it when these companies get so big, they don't listen to you any more.
