you guys tend to spend a lot of time changing things like what to call a "Work Item" or a "Space", features far less meaningful than other things you could improve upon, like this:

how about keeping the unique identifier for a Team or Person's name something an end-user never sees!  This has got to be one of your most non-user-friendly features you should address, something that would also be much more helpful!  See image below:
