Gadget "Maximize" button did not work as expected once maximizing and restoring were performed with Japanese language setting

      Issue Summary

      If the user selected Japanese ("日本語" in the dropdown) as the language setting in the user profile, "Maximize" button never work again after maximizing and restoring a gadget.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set the language setting in the user profile to Japanese ("日本語")
      2. Navigate to the default "System Dashboard"
      3. Click the "Maximize" icon of "Assigned to Me" gadget (it worked)
      4. Click the "Restore" icon of "Assigned to Me" gadget (it worked)
      5. Click the "Maximize" icon of "Assigned to Me" gadget again

      Expected Results

      The gadget size is maximized.

      Actual Results

      Nothing happened.

      Workaround

      Do one of the following:

      • Use "English" as the language setting in the user profile
      • Reload the dashboard window
      • Click "Maximize" button of other gadgets
