Issue Summary

Gadgets' "Restore" button did not work after maximizing and then minimizing. It also did not work even after expanding the minimized gadget.
No errors were displayed on the screen nor the browser console.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the default "System Dashboard"
2. Click "Maximize" icon of "Assigned to Me" gadget, and then click "..." on the gadget's toolbar and select "Minimize"
3. Click "Restore" icon on of "Assigned to Me" gadget

Expected Results

The gadget's size is restored.

Actual Results

Nothing happened.

Workaround

Reloading the window can restore the default layout.
