Manual Upgrades of Jira software or 3rd-party apps are not tracked in Jira audit logs

Expected Results

• Improve the audit data, so, all upgrades, done through UI or manually (jar replacement) are tracked in audit logs

Actual Results

• Jira Software upgrades are only tracked in audit logs, if done through ZDU;
• Upgrades of 3rd-party apps are only tracked in audit logs if done through UI;
