Update language to better identify internal customer versus external customer (Portal only)

      Please find a way to better identify portal only customer versus internal customer.   There is so much language in the help area, discussion boards where when talking about customer we are not able to distinguish if the language is referring to internal or external customer.  The better language for customer in all scenarios would be internal customer and external customer.  Even within automation rules, smart values, JQL's this would be better language to distinguish between the two.  Or maybe lead with customer and have internal and external after.  Example "Customer-Internal" and "Customer-External".  Please update anywhere that reflects customer to change this to either internal customer or external customer.  This means training documentation, JQL's, Smart Values, Automation Rules, etc.
