Issue Summary

Incorrect version of JCMA plugin (v0.99.1) is bundled with Jira

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira v10.3.13 or 11.1.1 or 11.2.0
2. Check the bundled version of JCMA. It shows 0.99.1
3. As per Jira Cloud Migration Assistant Version History, this is not a recognized version.

Expected Results

The bundled version of JCMA should be a supported and verified release.

Actual Results

The JCMA plugin version 0.99.1 is incorrectly bundled with Jira version 10.3.13.

Workaround

Manually update the JCMA plugin to the latest supported version via the Manage Apps page.

For Jira v 11.x, there is no option to update the plugin
