Issue Summary

Sometimes when re-indexing a project, it appears that the re-indexing gets stuck at 100%. After waiting a long time (for a 10,000 issues project on a two nodes instance with a total of 300,000 issues it took 5 minutes to re-index and an additional 25 minutes to complete), the re-indexing completes successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have both JSM and JSW installed.
2. Use a data set with a couple of hundred thousands issues.
3. Create a new Scrum project
4. Import 10,000 issues into the project you just created (use CSV + import from external system).
5. Trigger a project re-index.

Expected Results

Completes shortly after showing 100% progress and shows the "Acknowledge" button

Actual Results

Does not show the "Acknowledge" button immediately and will continue to seem as though it's re-indexing the project. Eventually the "Acknowledge" button will be shown.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
