Changing the dashboard gadget frame colour does not work in dark mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Jira application.
2. Create a Jira dashboard.
3. Add a gadget to the dashboard
4. Click on Profile avatar on the top right > Theme > Dark
   
5. Navigate to the gadget, click on More (…) > Customise the colour.
   

Expected Results

The gadget title bar colour should change based on the colour selected.

Actual Results

The gadget title bar colour doesn’t change.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
