Reordering of 'Project shortcuts' is broken

      Issue Summary

      When trying to reorder 'project shortcut' by dragging them, multiple border lines appear, and unable to reorder them.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create some 'Project shortcuts'
      2. Drag one and move to reorder

      Expected Results

      Reordering is working normally
       

      Actual Results

      Lots of lines appear, but not able to reorder.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
