Currently, Jira only has the option to enforce 2FA on either all admins or all users.

It would be crucial to be able to enforce two-factor authentication on groups or roles independently.

Reasoning: This granular control would allow a safer administration of users' authentication from unsafe situations/locations where it would make sense, but not be enforced on groups originating from internal networks with stricter security, where it would only cause extra work.
