Display the Time Tracking fields even when there is no value

      Issue Summary

      It would be useful for users to view the Time Tracking fields in Issue View screen even if the field does not contain any value.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create one issue without any value in the Time Tracking fields.
      2. The fields do not show up in the Issue view.

      Workaround

      While this cannot be achieved through any native functionality, you can make the Time Tracking fields ‘mandatory’ from the Field Configuration option. That way the fields will have some value while the issue gets created and won’t get hidden.
