Support Jira calendar plugin in Jira 11 DC

      Please provide a version of the Jira calendar plugin that is compatible with the Jira 11 version of Data center. 

      Why This Is Important

      There are customers who are heavily using the calendar plugin, and currently in Jira 11, it is incompatible and unusable due to the UPM signature check process which doesn't work for incompatible plugins.
