Issue Description

Enabling the new com.atlassian.jira.initialwatchers.enabled dark feature, allows you to add the Watchers field in your Board's Issue Detail View, but, the number of watchers is always zero.

Steps to replicate

1- Enable the dark feature com.atlassian.jira.initialwatchers.enabled

2- Add some watchers  to an issue:

3- In Board >> Configure >> Issue Details View, add the Watchers field under "People" section:

4- Open the same issue from step 2 inside your Board, you should notice that the Watchers field is still showing zero watchers instead of the correct number (3):

Expected behavior

The Watchers field should display the correct number of watchers

Actual behavior

The Watchers field is not showing any watchers.
