      Issue Summary

When we upload a custom image as an icon for the issue type, it tends to lose clarity compared to the icons provided by the system. I've experimented with different resolutions—16x16 px, 32x32 px, and 48x48 px—but the image always ends up looking a bit blurry. Additionally, if you zoom in on the browser, the icon becomes even blurrier.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Administration → Issues → Issue types.
      2. Select an issue type and click Edit.
      3. Go to the Issue Type Avatar and click Select image.
      4. In the Select Issue Type Avatar screen, choose a new custom icon if already uploaded, or select an image from the Browse option.
      5. When you open the issue type option, the custom icons appear blurry. Zooming in on the browser makes the images even blurrier.

      Expected Results

The custom issue type icons should display clearly compared to the system icons.

      Actual Results

The custom issue type icons appear blurry compared to system icons.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
