      Ability to allowlist the Jira Crowd URL when Jira is used as the user directory in Confluence, especially when a PAT is used for authentication, basic authentication is disabled, and full synchronisation is failing

      At present, the full synchronisation is failing in Confluence with below error.

      com.atlassian.crowd.exception.ApplicationPermissionException: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?> <warning> <message>Basic Authentication has been disabled on this instance.</message> </warning>
