The option to link Atlassian Home Goals with Jira DC work items - Goals connector for Jira DC

      Issue Summary

      A Jira DC admin reached out to say that they would like to link their Atlassian Home Goals with Jira DC work items. 
      This is not currently possible as Goals is solely a cloud app and can only be linked to Jira cloud work items. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On the cloud Goals UI, DC issues can't be selected
      2. On the DC UI, Goals can't be selected

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      Workaround

      At the moment there's none.
