Issue Summary

The multi-byte characters are garbled in the bar chart (Recently Created gadget, Response Time gadget, Average Cycle gadget, Resolution Time gadget, and Time Since Charts gadget) when selecting Korean, Japanese, or Chinese as default language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Jira Administration > System, set Default language as multi-byte characters, for example: Chinese, Japanese or Korean
2. Create a new Dashboard
3. Add Time since chart and the Resolution time gadgets (or other bar-chart gadget) to the new Dashboard, and set a filter to it

Expected Results

The gadgets show correct charts

Actual Results

Some multi byte characters are garbled in the charts

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
