When CSR token is expired, extend content update's "Retry Operation" option to file uploads

      Issue:

      As software engineer, I frequently have multiple tickets open at the same time, and often for numerous days in a row, until a solution is found and the ticket can be closed.

      Quite frequently, while tickets are open, CSR tokens expire.

      However, as an end-user, I have no way of knowing when tokens expire, other than being presented with error messages, similar to this, seen when trying to update a Description, or add or update a Comment:

      Note that this error message provides a work-around, the "Retry Operation" button, which rectifies the issue quite nicely.

      However, if you are trying to add an image to the Description or Comment, you receive a message like this:

      Which can only be resolved by refreshing the page, which means anything you have done to the content, will be lost...

      Suggestion:

      The solution that allows my content update to "Retry Operation", be extended to allow my image upload.
