Jira installers can be downloaded for version 10

      Jira post version 10 has disabled the 64 bit installers for versions other than 10.x.x LTS.

      However, users can download the installer versions by directly accessing the url :-
      https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/downloads/binary/atlassian-jira-software-10.7.2-x64.bin

      User can download any of the unavailable version by tweaking the url above and passing the requisite version version number.
