As a Jira admin, we would like to have a way to monitor updates and changes on the Webhooks configuration (System > Advanced > Webhooks), over the Monitor security threats as an issue in the List of security alerts.

Since the new monitor security threats are based on Audit events, and it is possible to track Webhook events (add, update), it would be good to have this feature be alerted under Monitor security threats.
