It would be great if there was a team lead for the shared teams. 
You can contact them if you want to clean up the shared teams. 
Otherwise there is no way to see who owns the team or who created it and who you can contact regarding a potential deletion.

If a team lead is stored, you would at least have a point of contact. Even better would be an overview where you can see where the shared teams are used.
