Issue Summary

Reproduced in 

• InstEnv DB snapshot: jsm-dc-blitz-postgres-10-v2 (Sydney)
• The issue is present since at least Jira 10.3.7. Jira 10.3.7 predates the work on the search API, hence this issue was not introduced by the search API.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click diagram for any of the project gadgets.

Expected Results

Nothing happens when clicking on the diagram icon.

Actual Results

It should work

Workaround

This problem is visible only on Google Chrome. On Firefox, this behaviour do not occurs.
