Issue Summary

1. When adding headings to an issue's description and comments, it was noticed that two of them (h5 and h6) are the same size.
2. When adding headings to a Rich Text Gadget, it was noticed that three of them (h4, h5, and h6) are the same size.

Steps to Reproduce

Reproduction #1

1. Create an issue
2. Add the following sample comment to a ticket:

   h1. test
   h2. test
   h3. test
   h4. test
   h5. test
   h6. test
   

Reproduction #2

1. Create a dashboard
2. Add a Rich Text Gadget to it
3. Add the following to the "Body text":

   h1. test
   h2. test
   h3. test
   h4. test
   h5. test
   h6. test
   

1. Save the changes

Expected Results

Each heading will have a different size.

Actual Results

h5 and h6 (and h4 for Rich text editor) will have the same size:
