Issue Summary

The customer is experiencing an issue where error messages are not displayed upfront on the  transition Screen page after upgrading from version 9.5.1 to 10.3.5, requiring users to scroll up to see them and then correct accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Transition Screen added in the workflow for the transitions.
2. Empty one of the required field for e.g Reporter on the transition screen and attempt to perform a transition
3. Scroll all with way down to the bottom of the screen and click to change the transition

Expected Results

The Error message should be shown to the user on the top

Actual Results

The error message is not shown and user has to scroll all the way to the top to view any error/validation message to rectify it.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
