Issue Summary
Slack notifications through the issue creation post function only work without a specific issue type filter (Type: All).
The notification is not sent out if you specify an issue type filter.
The issue is specific only to third-party workflow plugins.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure your DC <> Slack Integration
- Under the Slack integration configuration, set "For Issues That Match This Filter" to anything but Type: All, ie, Type: Story

- In your Jira issue, trigger the issue creation post-function
Expected Results
The Slack channel where the Issue Type: Story was configured should receive notifications about the issue created via the post function.
Actual Results
No notification has been sent to the Slack channel.
Workaround
To circumvent this issue, remove the issue type filter and just set the issue type to Type: All.
