Issue Summary

The activity tab, located within an issue view, provides a detailed history of actions performed on that specific issue. 

When you add an attachment to the activity tab, it tracks the activity and logs the action appropriate.  This action is duplicated on the "History" tab of the issue as well

When deleting an attachment, however, the actions documented on the Activity tab are subsequently removed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload an attachment to an issue in Jira
2. Delete the attachment that was just uploaded to the issue

Expected Results

The "activity" tab shows that the attachment was added

Actual Results

After deleting the attachment, the data on the "activity" action about the attachment is also. deleted

Workaround

Use the "history" tab instead of the "activity" tab to track the action of uploading and deleting the attachment
