We work with a wider group-level shared project in Jira, which has multiple teams in. Each team has their board within this project. The shortcuts are currently set at project level, which means every team can see them on their board. This is fine for some shortcuts, but for some others we'd like to only be able to see them at board level, where appropriate. 

For example, we would like to have it show on Team A's board view, a shortcut to Team A's calendar. But on Team B's board, it not to show that shortcut.
