Issue Summary
Instance optimizer notifications persist on refresh despite being dismissed
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in as a user that is a project admin
- Open the project settings page
- Dismiss notifications
- Refresh page
Expected Results
Notifications that are dismissed do not re-appear
Actual Results
Notification re-appears on each page reload
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
