Issue Summary

"Assign to me" tooltip translation in Spanish language is incorrect. This is causing accessibility issue as screen-reader isn't reading the text right.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira and change your profile language to Spanish.
2. Open any issue and mouse hover on "Assign to me" or "Asignarme a mí" in spanish, the tool tip displays incorrect translation as "Asigna esta incindencia a mi" when it should be "Asigna esta incidencia a mi".
   

Expected Results

Tool tip for  "Assign to me" or "Asignarme a mí" in spanish should show "Asigna esta incidencia a mi".

Actual Results

Tool tip for  "Assign to me" or "Asignarme a mí" in spanish shows "Asigna esta incindencia a mi"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
