      Issue Summary:

      Server app which is also DC compatible, when installed in a DC instance shows "A data center approved version of the app is not available" in DC UPM.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the server version of the app in DC instance. Let the app also be DC compatible.
      2. After installing the app check the UPM/Manage apps page.

      Expected Results

      The UPM should show that the ""A data center approved version of the app is available" "

      Actual Results

      "A data center approved version of the app is not available"

      Workaround

      It shows the app is DC compatible is available only when the user has installed a server version with corresponding version number also exists for DC version in marketplace.
