Jira terminology doesn't allow to use the new names in JQL through both UI and API

      This is to fix the limitation in Jira terminology to allow new names to be used in JQL both in UI and API.

      Currently, this is documented as limitation. Refer: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver103/configuring-terminology-1489808320.html

      This can cause issues with 3rd-party integrations and also in maintaining uniformity in what is seen in the UI and what can be used in the JQLs.
