Currently, when checking permission projects logged as a Jira System administrator, when using the permission helper, it does not take into consideration the admin permissions when checking a user who does have this permission level, as shown in the example below:

It would be helpful if Jira considered the permissions granted of a Jira system administrator when we check an issue or project. Otherwise, it can cause a misleading understanding of the real permissions on the project or issues.
