When working on an issue its often helpful to have a printed version of the whole thing (and just that bug). There doesn't seem to be a screen with this in mind - the default view issue screen has far too much navigation and layout stuff going on to get a decent print from a browser. For perfect prints it might be handy to be able to save a particular bug as pdf and let acrobat deal with the printing rather than rely on the browsers
