Improve HTTP/2 HealthCheck For Content Delivery Network (CDN)

      Currently, HTTP/2 requirement HealthCheck is failing even after meeting all the requirements.

      The HTTP/2 healthcheck is depending on the value for nextHopProtocol which is not being returned in some scenarios (like JRASERVER-76253) There is should be more reliable way to confirm the HTTP/2 usage if this is a technical challenge.
