Problem:
For the moment, customers can either select the field configuration set required or buy a plugin to help check if a field has a value.

Suggestion:

Add the option that a screen can set which fields need to be required for that specific screen.

Workaround:

For the moment, out of the box, there is no solution, unless someone by a license for a third-party app.
