Problem Definition

When adding comments to an issue, the bullet and numbered lists are not highlighted as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue.
2. Navigate to the comment section.
3. Enter text using bold and italic formats.
4. Attempt to add text in bullet and numbered list formats.

You will notice that while other formatting options appear highlighted, the bullet and numbered lists don't show the expected blue highlight, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Why This Is Important

This feature is needed for customers, as they expect the comment editing experience to be consistent with other formatting options, such as Bold and Italic.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be provided here once it becomes available.
