I would like to add a suggestion for enhancement in Jira. Usually we have Incident Status as New> In progress> Awaiting customer> Resolved > Closed. However there are times we need sub status under in Progress , Resolved for better visibility especially when an incident has Development involved, Example - In Progress> Pending Dev or In Progress> Code fix in development or that if a code is developed then Resolved > Pending release etc
We need these sub status or action status to help have better understanding of which team and where a case is pending without adding multiple Status list as for all reasons the status is still open and in progress but just that the action is on Development for fix etc.
