Currently the configuration of SSO is done via the Jira User Interface after the deployment is completed. This requires the admin to go into the UI to complete the configuration.

It would be helpful in scenarios where there are lots of new deployments occurring to have the ability to set up base configuration items like SSO in the deployment itself rather than needing to do so afterwards. A potential solution to the post-install aspect could be a helm post-hook to add the configuration to Jira once it’s fully available.
