Issue Summary

Issue estimation field does not accepts decimal values such as 32.3 h, 33.3 h, 34.3 h, 35.3h and 36.3 h. However other decimal numbers of the same format are accepted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter estimate for an issue. For e.g. 36.3 h

Expected Results

The decimal number is accepted and is auto-formatted to the correct format

Actual Results

The estimation value is not updated and fails with error "The original estimate specified is not valid*.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
Instead 36. 3h the estimation can be passed as 36 h 18m.
