Atlassian Security Monitoring and Alerts plugin Enabling/Disabling Alerts

      There is an option to exclude alerts from the Atlassian Security Monitoring and Alerts plugin to prevent getting unnecessary emails by adding system property as described in the below documentation

      It would be great to have a configuration menu on Jira to enable/disable alerts via UI.
