      Issue Summary

After installing Jira 10.x and updating Troubleshooting and Support for Jira to version 2.7.0, the Health Check fails for the database compatibility, however, this is a false positive message.
Azure SQL is compatible with Jira 8, 9 and 10.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Jira 10.x in MS Azure
      2. Connect Jira to the SQL Server Azure DB
      3. Update the Troubleshooting and Support for Jira to version 2.7

      Expected Results

DB health check pass with no issues

      Actual Results

Health check for the DB fails.

"SQL Server Azure is not supported. You should migrate to a supported database version."

      Workaround

The Health Check alert is a false-positive and can be ignored until the fix is available.
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
