Completed/closed issues that already fell off the board should not show up again when updated unless the issue is re-opened

      When an issue has been closed/completed and already fallen off of the board view, it should not reappear in the "done" column because it has been recently updated. The only time a card should reappear on the board is if it has been moved to a "to do" or "in progress" status.

            omg — yes please! Jira is complicated and robust... so getting into your best Jira groove means that your approach to using it evolves over time... which means you're going to be updating Jira issues long "done" to ensure accurate insights as your approach changes. Having things resurface on the board just because a data point like "component" changed makes the board messy. The option allowing you to decide how long Completed Issues show up on the board should be based on a discreet dateCompleted not generic dateLastUpdated... and that dateCompleted can be ignored if the item is moved back out of Done.
