Ability to select reader/writer instance by statement type on using AWS Aurora DB

      AWS Aurora DB has Reader and Writer instance. However, Jira currently seemed to use Writer instance even though the statement was "select". So, it will be nice if Jira have an ability to select Reader/Writer instance by checking the statement type.
      ("AbstractRoutingDataSource" class in Spring Framework can do that)
