Allow Activity Stream Filter work

      Since Jira upgraded from 9 to 10,  dashboard is broken.  Filter Activity gadget returns no data.  I notice Activity Stream gadget contains "Filters Activity Stream". I did:

      1. click on "add filter"  right next to "Filters Activity Stream"
      2. select "Filters", "is", "My Tickets" ( filter name for all my assigned tickets"

      The budget display all Activity Streams, bypassing the filter.

      I hope this filter works, so that I only see tickets' activity stream for my assigned tickets.
