In the Microsoft Teams for Jira Data Center plugin, it would be great to have a feature that allow for teams to create their own channels for each issue that is created in Jira.

All messages sent in the channel would automatically be added as separate comments within the issue itself in Jira to keep a history of the channel's conversation.
