Text button is not clickable on Rich Text gadget

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a rich text gadget on Jira dashboard
2. Click Text button

Expected Results

Input mode switches to Text

Actual Results

Input mode doesn't switch

Workaround

Press the Tab key on your keyboard to highlight the Text button, then press the Enter key.
